ClimateHero collects information about the User when the User completes an order in the Commerce Platform where the Service is installed and the user has chosen to use ClimateCart during the checkout. ClimateHero collects information about the User when using the Service, such as dates and times.

ClimateHero does not utilize cookies to collect information through the Service.

2.4 THIRD PARTY SERVICES

ClimateHero collects information when the User interacts with ClimateHero’s Service on a third party Commerce Platform.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service provided by ClimateHero.
• To follow-up via e-mail, in connection with the usage, with users how their compensation has been utilized to aid the climate.
• To communicate with users, including sending newsletters, offers and information about the Service, other services that ClimateHero provides and about ClimateHero’s partners. The User always has the opportunity to unsubscribe from future newsletters by clicking on the link provided in each newsletter for this purpose.
